At Cloud VNO Cloud & Data Services FZCO, operating under the brand SMSVerified.com, we are committed to providing high-quality virtual number services. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not issue refunds once a virtual number has been successfully activated. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand this policy before making any purchase on our site.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise, so we will consider refund requests for the following reasons:

2.1 Non-receiving SMS

  • Due to technical issues, you might not receive an SMS containing the confirmation code.
  • In this case, please contact us for assistance within 7 days of purchasing the number.
  • Claims submitted after 7 days will be considered as activated numbers and ineligible for refunds.

2.2 Invalid Virtual Number Issues

  • If you encounter problems using the number after receiving the SMS, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • To request a refund, please submit evidence of the invalid number within 7 days of purchase.
  • Failure to contact us within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the number and waives your right to a refund for "invalid virtual number issues".

2.3 Major Defects

  • Although all virtual numbers are thoroughly tested before release, unforeseen errors may occur.
  • Please contact us at: admin@smsverified.com or via Telegram at https://t.me/smsverified_support to report any such issues.
  • We reserve the right to rectify the issue within 72 hours.
  • If the defect cannot be resolved within 72 hours from your initial complaint, you will receive a full refund without any compensation or reimbursements.
  • Alternatively, we may offer a replacement virtual number of similar value. Please be aware that we may require temporary access to your webhost/server in order to diagnose and resolve any potential issues with our products. If access is not provided promptly, it could lead to delays in resolving the issue. Denying access to your server will disqualify you from being eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Issues

We disclaim any liability and consequently do not accommodate refund, return, or exchange claims arising from compatibility issues between our products and third-party software (such as plugins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) unless explicitly stated as compatible in the product description on our sales page. It is not guaranteed that our products will be fully compatible with all third-party programs, including web hosts, and we do not extend support for such applications.

4. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests should be emailed to admin@smsverified.com within 1 week of the order placement. Each request should include detailed and substantiated reasons for the refund, ensuring they do not conflict with our Terms of Service.
