What if my account was hacked?

If you suspect your account has been hacked, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our tech support to change your password.
  2. Review Activations: Go to the "History" tab on the main panel of the site and review all your activations. If you find any activations that you did not initiate, inform us about these activations or specify the period during which you did not make these activations. (This step is optional if you have already indicated which activations were not made by you.)
  3. Change Your Email Password: We recommend changing the password for the email address used to register on our website.

N.B! Do not use the same authorization data on different resources, as your data may be compromised on a third-party resource.
