What to do if SMS with verification code wasn’t delivered?

If you have not received an SMS with the code within the first 30 minutes, you can cancel the activation, and the money will be fully refunded to your account. If 30 minutes have passed and you still have not received an SMS, the activation will be automatically canceled, and the money will be returned to your balance. You can change the ‘release timeout’ from 30 minutes to 15, 10, or 5 minutes in the Settings of your account. SMS reception also depends on your IP address, so it is important to use a proxy or VPN from the country where you want to receive the message. Additionally, you can try changing your browser or logging in from another device.
